What we can answer

We can clarify how a process described in a guide works, correct an inaccuracy, or point you to where a figure can be confirmed inside the platform itself. We usually reply within a few working days.

What we cannot do

We do not manage IQ Option accounts and have no access to them. We cannot release a stuck deposit, speed up a withdrawal, recover a password or step into an identity check: all of that is handled solely by the broker's own support. We also do not give personalised financial advice or investment recommendations.

We will never ask you by email for your password, a verification code or full card details. If you receive a message like that in the name of Radar Bursátil, it is fraud.
